Refund & Returns Policy
We hope you love your Creators of Society pieces as much as we loved creating them. However, we understand that sometimes something isn't quite right.
Please read our returns policy below before returning your order.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it.
Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send your item back to us. To begin a return, please contact us at info@creatorsofsociety.com, including your order number and the item or items you would like to return. We will provide you with the relevant return instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and labels attached. You may handle and try on your garment as you would reasonably do in a shop, but we reserve the right to reduce your refund where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, resulting in a loss of value. Please take particular care when trying on garments to avoid marks from make-up, fake tan, deodorant, perfume or other products. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining your proof of postage until your refund has been completed. Creators of Society cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost before reaching us. Please do not send a return without first contacting us at info@creatorsofsociety.com.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Eligible refunds will be made to your original payment method. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to make the funds available in your account after the refund has been issued. Where you cancel your entire order within your statutory cancellation period, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery charge. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge may not be refundable.
Exchanges
At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or another item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order through our website. As Creators of Society produces in small, considered quantities, we cannot guarantee that your preferred size or style will remain available while your return is being processed.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Every Creators of Society piece is checked before leaving us, but if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@creatorsofsociety.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs showing the fault or damage.
Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. Where a return is required because of our error or a qualifying fault, Creators of Society will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item. Nothing in this policy limits your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Items that cannot be returned
Certain items may be excluded from our standard change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase. This may include items that have been personalised or made to your individual specifications, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Sale items
Unless otherwise clearly stated and permitted by law, sale items purchased online are subject to the same statutory cancellation rights as full-price items. Items must meet the same return-condition requirements set out above.

A considered approach to returns
At Creators of Society, we intentionally produce our collections in smaller quantities to help minimise unnecessary stock and overproduction.
We encourage you to take a moment to review our product descriptions, measurements and Size Guide before ordering. If you're unsure about the fit of a particular piece, you're always welcome to contact us before placing your order.
